Andrew Warren
Andrew Warren is Vice President and a licensed Broker-Salesperson with Atlantic Real Estate Services. He joined the company in 2015 and covers the Northern and Central NJ industrial markets. Andrew has a proven track record of being able to quickly evaluate and understand a company’s real estate needs and has successfully helped his clients negotiate in excess of +1,000,000 square feet of industrial transactions over the past several years. This includes one of the top 10 largest NJ industrial leases for 2021. He enjoys complex requirements and is experienced in helping clients with office fit-outs, warehouse renovations, build-to-suit construction, and H-3 hazardous use occupancies.
Andrew is a 2011 graduate from Clemson University where he received his BS degree in Microbiology. Prior to joining Atlantic Andrew had his own residential investment and redevelopment company which specialized in revitalizing distressed properties in Somerset County. Andrew lives in Hopewell, NJ with his wife and daughter and in his spare time enjoys working on cars, metal fabrication, and competing in professional road racing.
