Early in Ed’s career he also served a dual role as Vice President of Atlantic Development & Management Corp., an affiliate company. In this role he was active in the construction and management of a diversified portfolio of commercial properties totaling approximately 1,000,000 square feet.

Some of Ed’s specific accomplishments in this area include negotiating and securing construction and permanent financing in excess of $150 million, the planning, coordination and obtaining of numerous site plan approvals, building permits and certificates of occupancy, hands on construction management participation at both design and job meetings, the set up and monitoring of a tenant billing system for additional rent collections, active property management involvement, and the direct responsibility for all marketing and subsequent lease and legal negotiations.

Since 1986 Ed has focused his talents representing large corporations and has been responsible for putting together many diverse and complex transactions nationwide. He has negotiated numerous transactions for companies such as L’Oreal USA, Hewlett Packard, Prudential Insurance Company, Johnson & Johnson, and C&S Wholesale Grocers.

Ed is a Certified Commercial Investment Member which CCIM designation is known as the PhD in commercial real estate. He is also a member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors which requires a proven track record of accomplishment and the highest level of ethical standards.

Ed graduated from Rutgers College with a BA in biology and from Rutgers Graduate School of Management with an MBA having dual concentrations in finance and marketing. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Florida.
