Jake DiFilippo
Jake DiFilippo is a licensed salesperson and industrial specialist. He joined Atlantic in February 2024 and covers the southern NJ industrial markets. Jake started his career in real estate at a small residential boutique in Haddonfield, NJ. Jake then moved to New York, NY where he worked as a financial sales consultant before finding himself at Atlantic. During his time with residential and financial sales, he learned the importance of building a trusted relationship that outlasts the close of the deal itself. Jake provides support for the team though market research and property updates, and actively canvassing the southern NJ market to stay up to date on recent transactions and availabilities.
