Ed Dudzinski, SIOR, CCIM, founded Atlantic Real Estate Services in 1984 for the purpose of providing corporate real estate brokerage and consulting services. Ed is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida and Kentucky and Atlantic does business for our customers throughout North America as well as Puerto Rico.
Since its inception Atlantic has negotiated in excess of 60,000,000 SF in transactions for companies such as L’Oréal, C&S Wholesale Grocers, Prudential, Chubb Insurance, Dow Chemical, Johnson & Johnson, Johnson Controls, Comcast, Hughes Corporation, Adidas, Celgene, Federal Express, Hewlett Packard and Big Lots, to name a few.
Our core philosophy of always helping our clients make the best business decision possible, even if it does not lead to a commissionable event for us, has led to the many long term client relationships we enjoy today.
