Brian continually tracks availabilities, transactions, lease expirations, and market trends in central New Jersey. He helps clients by preparing market availability reports, conducting property tours, and developing and negotiating request for proposals and offers. He also helps his clients analyze the market, evaluate various alternatives and develop negotiation strategies to obtain the best terms and conditions.
