Mike Mills
Mike is a Senior Vice President who joined Atlantic Real Estate Services in 2019. Mike specializes in industrial real estate in Eastern Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey. He takes pride in developing trusted relationships with his clients that continue well beyond the close of a deal. He believes in being a constant resource for his clients, continually tracking availabilities, transactions, lease expirations, and market trends. Mike tailors this information for each of his clients, allowing them to analyze the market, evaluate various alternatives, and develop negotiation strategies to obtain the best terms and conditions for any transaction they choose to undertake. - 80,000 sq. ft. building purchase in Baltimore, MD
- 85,000 sq. ft. lease in Bucks County, PA
- 18 Acre land sale (±266,000 SF buildable) in Easton, PA
- 23 Acre land sale (±250,000 SF buildable) in Bethlehem, PA
- 60,000 sq. ft. building purchase in Piscataway, NJ
Mike graduated from Loyola University with a BBA in Finance. After graduation, he worked for 10 years on Wall Street at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in their Global Equities division. Mike most recently served as a Director of Equity Sales Trading.
